Excellent staff and the place was impeccably clean. The room was large and it had a wonderful bathroom. Delicious and plentiful breakfast options, the food was fantastic. Unbeatable and fantastic location in residential neighborhood, met standard. Further, it was so close to downtown and the Biltmore Estate as well as Blue Ridge Parkway.

The room is well decorated and cool enough and with central heating, multi-channel television, and a sitting area. The breakfast is sumptuous and plentiful, and the location is perfect close enough to a lovely residential area and Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown where most of the restaurants are innkeepers.

I found the hotel's location absolutely perfect and nice, so close to a quiet residential area, area attractions and shortcut routes and /around Asheville.
